Online title services

Resources Customer Portal

The Resources Customer Portal provides convenient, online access to services offered by Mining, Exploration and Geoscience. Users are able to initiate, save, manage, submit and pay for a title application from a single online location. The portal can be used by new and existing title holders and their agents.

The following services are currently available via the portal:

  • Application for an exploration licence (EL1)
  • Application to renew an exploration licence (EL5)
  • Notice to withdraw an application or objection (AD13)

Since the launch of the portal, you are no longer able to submit applications for an exploration licence via MinView

This Resources Customer Portal (RCP) will be decommissioned shortly after Phase 2 of the Titles Management System (TMS) is launched on 22 June 2020.

From 29 June 2020, users will only be able to lodge online applications and renewal of exploration licences through TMS. A notice to withdraw an application or objection will need to be lodged via email.

A notification will be sent to RCP users informing them of the upcoming closure of this system and those with drafts in progress will be given a grace period to complete or transfer over their submissions to TMS.
